1. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver across India. For international orders, please contact our support team prior to placing your order to confirm availability and additional charges.
2. Order Processing Time
All confirmed orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Timeline
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
Remote/Rural Areas: 7–10 business days
Please note: Delivery times may vary due to location, courier partner delays, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather or lockdowns.
4. Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
For orders below ₹499, a standard shipping charge of ₹50 applies.
COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may carry an additional service charge, if applicable.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with a tracking link and order ID. You can monitor the delivery status in real time through the provided courier partner’s portal.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
If the delivery fails due to unavailability or incorrect address, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Re-delivery may incur extra shipping charges.
7. Packaging & Safety
All products are packed with care using tamper-proof, eco-friendly packaging to ensure your items arrive safely and hygienically.
8. Delays & Exceptions
While we do our best to meet the promised delivery window, Ayutra Next Gen HealthTech is not responsible for delays caused by:
Natural disasters
Political unrest or regional lockdowns
Courier service disruptions
Incomplete or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
