1. Consultation Services
a. Cancellations
You may cancel a booked consultation at least 12 hours before the scheduled time to be eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment or no-shows are non-refundable.
Product can be returned within 3 days
b. Rescheduling
You can reschedule a consultation once at no extra cost, provided the request is made at least 4 hours before the appointment.
3. Product Orders
a. Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it. After that, it may already be processed and shipped.
b. Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with a photo/video of the issue.
Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or a full refund as per your preference.
c. Returns Not Accepted For:
Opened, used, or tampered products
Products returned after 3 days of delivery
4. Payment Issues
If your payment was deducted but you didn’t receive confirmation, contact our support team. Verified failed transactions will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
5. Refund Process
All approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
If any replacement is accepted it will be delivered within 4-5 days
